1.  Executive : Business Development

  a. An MBA with 1-2 Yrs of experience in the field of educational services, educational softwares is essential. Liasioning with student       community or with education Institutes is a definite plus.

  b. Strong written as well as verbal, oral communication is a MUST.

  c Should have done supporting pre-sales activities, Market research, Writing proposals and making follow up calls related to sales,        business development

  d. Providing creative suggestions,  writing effective communication in all the medias available (Print and media, social media, email         marketing etc) is a MUST.

  e. Person should be able to work independently with the minimal assistance in a highly empowered environment that is  conducive         for learning. Should be able to make a measurable difference to the organization.

2.    Graphics/ Web Designer

Qualification: Any graduate with flair for graphics and sketching Good Command over language / spoken, written English is preferred

Background : Web Site Development / E-commerce DevelopmentHands-on experience of advanced html, complex css, javascript, browser compatibility issues is a MUST.
Hands on experience of Photoshop, Flash, Corel draw

MUST be able to design user centric html web pages, independently and creatively

3.    Senior software Engineer

Qualification: BE, B Tech/ME/ M Tech/MCS/MCM•    Minimum 3 to 5 years of full time work experience in software development

    a. Must have knowledge of c#, ASP .Net, SQL, Database, AJAX concepts
    b. Experience in Web based product development would be an added advantage
    c. Ability to manage team with effective communication
    d. Knowledge of Software Processes,

4. QA Engineer/ Software Test Engineer(Experience : Min 1 Year to Max 4 Years)

Qualification: Any graduate
     a. Hand on Experience on Software testing
     b. Knowledge of Testing tools, test automation
     c. Knowledge of various testing frameworks, test case lifecycle
     d. Knowledge and experience in web site testing
