  a. An MBA with 1-2 Yrs of experience in the field of  digital marketing, eCommerce, latest ecommerce trends.

  b. Strong written as well as verbal, oral communication is a MUST.

  c Should have done supporting pre-sales activities, Market research, Email marketing, Newsletter marketing, Web analytics, consumer analytics etc.

  d. Providing creative suggestions,  writing effective communication in all the medias available (Print and media, social media, email         marketing etc) is a MUST.

  e. Person should be able to work independently with the minimal assistance in a highly empowered environment that is  conducive         for learning. Should be able to make a measurable difference to the organization.
