Splashgain works three ways: consulting to find where AI agents pay off in your organisation, implementation that takes those agents to production on your infrastructure, and AI products of our own — Eklavvya and DocuExprt — that we build and operate ourselves.
This is not pilot-stage expertise. Our platforms have delivered 40M+ assessments and completed 5M+ for 500+ customers in 17+ countries, running at up to 50,000 concurrent exams.
The agents we deploy for customers — across sales, marketing, finance, compliance, engineering and IT operations — run inside Splashgain first. Our own business is the first customer of every agent we ship, and our products Eklavvya and DocuExprt carry that same AI-first engineering.

Swapnil Dharmadhikari is the Founder & CTO of Splashgain, with 20+ years in technology. He leads the AI agent consulting and implementation practice — taking agents from readiness sprint to production on the customer’s infrastructure — and the engineering behind Eklavvya, DocuExprt and ePravesh. The 35+ agents Splashgain runs in its own operations are built under his direction, and that production proof is what he brings to every client engagement.
