The everyday problem

Your team isn’t slow. It’s buried.

Hours of first-reply time that are mostly queue, not work. The same ten questions answered a thousand times and written down never. An outage sitting under forty routine tickets. Hiring more people does not fix it — stopping the easy tickets from reaching a human does.

The agents

Six agents, one ticket queue

Every agent shares the same view of the queue — the same customer history, the same past fixes, the same SLA clock. A ticket that starts on WhatsApp and ends on a phone call never starts over.

Intake agent

Five channels become one queue, with full history attached.

  • WhatsApp, live chat, email, phone and web form into one queue
  • The customer’s full history attached to every ticket
  • Keep Freshdesk, Zoho, Zendesk or Jira — we connect rather than migrate

Triage agent

The outage hiding under nine separate tickets gets spotted.

  • Finds the real problem, not the words used
  • Ranks by impact — users hit, money blocked, VIP
  • Pulls up past fixes for the same issue
  • Routes it right the first time
  • Spots the outage hiding inside nine separate tickets

Resolution agent

The easy tickets stop reaching a human at all.

  • Answers the known ones outright — password resets, order status, how-to
  • Any language, any hour
  • Drafts the rest for your team to review and send

SLA agent

You hear about the breach hours before it happens.

  • Warns hours before a breach
  • Not a line in next month’s summary

Knowledge agent

The article nobody had time to write gets written.

  • Spots repeat questions with no article written down
  • Drafts the article from tickets you already solved
  • Shows the payoff in tickets saved per month
  • Flags stale articles when the product changes
  • You approve before anything is published

Insight agent

Repeat complaints reach the product, not another macro.

  • Tells you what customers keep complaining about
  • So the fix goes into the product, not into another macro

How it works

A ticket, in five steps

  1. 1AI agent

    Capture

    Any channel becomes one ticket.

  2. 2AI agent

    Understand

What is it, and how urgent?

  3. 3AI agent

    Answer

Solves it, or drafts a reply.

  4. 4Your team

    Approve

    They review and send.

  5. 5AI agent

    Learn

Saves the fix for next time.

Step four is yours. You choose what an agent may send on its own — most teams start with everything reviewed.

Questions

What support teams ask us first

Do we have to replace our helpdesk tool?

No. The agents connect to Freshdesk, Zoho, Zendesk or Jira and work inside the queue you already have. There is no migration.

What stops it inventing an answer?

It answers only from your documentation and your solved tickets. If it does not know, it says so and hands over. An agent that invents a refund policy costs more than it saves.

How much can actually be automated?

It depends entirely on your ticket mix, which is why we measure it before you commit. We read 90 days of your real tickets and tell you how many an agent could answer. If your tickets are mostly complex one-offs, we will say so before you spend anything.

Does anything send without a human seeing it?

Only what you allow. Step four of every ticket belongs to your team, and most customers start with everything reviewed, then widen the agent’s remit as trust builds.

Can we see it working before we buy?

Yes — we run our own helpdesk on this, and we will show you ours, including what it got wrong last week.

Send us 90 days of your tickets.

We will tell you how many an AI agent could answer — free, before you commit to anything.
