What it measures

Five things decide whether an agent survives contact with your organisation

Most agent projects do not fail on the model. They fail because the process was never written down, the data could not be reached without a vendor, or nobody had decided who signs off when the agent is wrong. These five dimensions are the same test we apply before agreeing to a paid readiness sprint — published here so you can run it on yourself first.

  1. Process clarity

Whether one named person owns the work, whether it runs often enough to be worth automating, and whether someone new could learn it from something written down.

  2. Data reachability

Where the data actually sits, whether your own team can pull it out without asking a vendor, and whether it arrives in a shape a program can read.

  3. Systems & integration

How many systems the work crosses, who in-house would support the integration afterwards, and whether you have decided where an agent is allowed to run.

  4. Governance & risk

Whether there is a route to production, whether you know which of this data is personal under the DPDP Act, and what a human still signs off.

  5. Momentum

Whether a budget holder already wants this, and what happened the last time you tried. Between them they decide whether a good idea gets resourced.

The scorecard

Answer for the one process you would most like to stop doing by hand

Keep the same process in mind the whole way through. The score is about that process and the organisation around it, not about your industry.

Question 1 of 15

Which of these costs your team the most time each week?

Pick up to three.

Questions about the scorecard

What it does with your answers

Do I have to give my email to see my score?

No. The score, the five dimension results and the recommended packs appear as soon as you answer the last question. A work email unlocks the written analysis of each dimension on the same page — nothing is emailed to you and nothing is held back behind a wait.

How is the score calculated?

A fixed weight table, not a language model. Fifteen questions feed five dimensions, each normalised to 0–20 for a total out of 100. The same answers always produce the same score and the same pack list, which is the only way a diagnostic is worth anything.

Are my answers stored anywhere?

Only if you unlock the analysis. Until you submit an email, everything stays in your browser. If you do, your answers, score and recommended packs are filed against your contact record in our CRM, so any conversation starts from what you have already told us rather than from the beginning.

How does this relate to the Agent Readiness Sprint?

The scorecard is a self-assessment against the same criteria the sprint qualifies on. It takes about three minutes and costs nothing. The sprint is two weeks of our people working on your data, and it ends with a prioritised roadmap, an ROI model per agent and one working prototype.

What if I score badly?

Then the tool says so and points you at what to fix rather than at a sales call. Low scores are almost always about ownership and data access, and both are fixable without buying anything from anyone.
