It runs an institute’s entire admission cycle online — application forms, fee calculation, payment collection, document checks, hall tickets, entrance exams and merit lists — in one system instead of spreadsheets and counters. ePravesh does all of this natively, and adds an optional AI Counseling Suite that answers applicants on WhatsApp, phone, live chat and email.
How long does it take to go live with ePravesh?
You get a branded admission portal on your own subdomain, then configure programmes, forms and fee rules. Cloning an existing form and fee setup launches the next programme in minutes, so institutes typically run their first cycle without any custom development.
Does ePravesh work without the AI agents?
Yes. The admission engine is complete on its own — forms, fees, payments, hall tickets, exams, merit lists and the applicant console are all native. The AI Counseling Suite is an optional add-on enabled per institute; the portal goes live and takes payments without it.
Which payment gateways does ePravesh support?
Razorpay and CCAvenue, covering UPI, cards and net-banking. Payments are confirmed by signature-verified webhooks, and a background worker re-queries the gateway to rescue payments that were captured but never confirmed — so a dropped browser does not cost you the fee.
Can ePravesh generate merit lists automatically?
Yes. You define the scoring mode, weights and tiebreaker rules; the engine generates a ranked snapshot of paid applicants. You can filter by category, correct entries and export to Excel or PDF before publishing, and each candidate then sees their own result.
Can ePravesh connect to our existing ERP or CRM?
Yes, through the AI automation layer — MCP, n8n and Make.com push applicant, payment and result data into systems like SAP, Zoho, HubSpot or your student information system.
