The everyday problem

The first round is a phone call nobody has time to make.

  • Forty to sixty screening calls per recruiter, per day

  • Candidates who miss the call, then ask for a call-back

  • The same five questions, asked four hundred times

  • Notes that differ from one recruiter to the next

By the time the shortlist is ready, the best candidates have taken other offers.

What it does

Six agents, one role

Outbound calling campaigns

Your whole list called inside the hours you set.

  • Calling days and hours you choose
  • Several calls run in parallel
  • Unanswered and busy calls retried automatically
  • Retry count and gap between attempts set by you

Inbound interview line

Candidates call when it suits them, day or night.

  • A dedicated interview number for each campaign
  • Invitation emails sent automatically from your mail server
  • Answered 24×7 — late at night, at weekends, between classes

Multilingual voice interviewer

Candidates answer in the language they think in.

  • English, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, and mixed English + Hindi
  • Understands answers that switch language mid-sentence
  • Works on any phone, including feature phones with no data

Natural turn-taking

A conversation with an interviewer, not an IVR menu.

  • Waits for the candidate to finish, not the first pause
  • Ignores fillers such as “okay”, “haan ji” and “theek hai”
  • Stops the moment a candidate says “ruko” or “hold on”

Your script, scored

Every candidate scored on the same questions and criteria.

  • Your questions, asked in order, with natural follow-ups
  • Notes for the interviewer, such as “probe for Excel skills”
  • An overall score and a per-criterion breakdown
  • A written summary and the complete transcript

Bulk resume parsing

A folder of resumes becomes a candidate list in minutes.

  • PDF, Word, text, and photos of printed resumes
  • Name, phone, email, skills and experience extracted
  • Resumes with no phone number flagged for you to complete

Questions we are asked

Before you commit

How is this different from the AI video interview?

They are two rounds. The telephonic round is the first screen: it needs only a phone, runs at volume and checks the basics. The AI video interview is the deeper round for candidates who pass, taken on their own time. Many teams run both, in that order.

Do candidates need a smartphone or internet?

No. Any phone that can make or receive calls works, including a feature phone with no data. That is what makes it usable for campus, rural and blue-collar hiring.

What if the candidate does not answer?

In outbound campaigns the agent retries automatically, using the retry count and gap you set. In inbound campaigns the candidate calls the interview number whenever it suits them.

Can the candidate interrupt the AI?

Yes. Saying “stop”, “ruko” or “hold on”, or starting a real answer, makes the agent stop and listen. Short fillers such as “okay” or “haan ji” do not interrupt it.

Which languages are supported?

English, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, and mixed English + Hindi. The interview language is set for each campaign.

Can we change a campaign once it has started?

Yes. Editing pauses an active campaign and resumes it when you save. You can add candidates while it is paused; a candidate can be removed only before they have been called or emailed.

Can calls and invitations come from our organisation?

Yes. Each institute can connect its own telephony account and numbers, and its own mail server, so candidates hear from you rather than from a generic platform.

Is candidate data kept separate between institutes?

Yes. Each institute has its own workspace and sees only its own candidates, campaigns and results. Email and telephony credentials are stored encrypted.
