The everyday problem

Your reps aren’t underperforming. They’re doing someone else’s job.

Research before the call. Notes after it. The follow-up on day four that nobody sends. A quotation assembled by hand out of three systems. None of it is selling, all of it is necessary, and it is where the week goes.

The agents

Six jobs, one CRM

The Revenue Pack and the Growth Pack, grouped by what they actually do all day rather than by department. They share one view of the deal, so the brief before a call and the write-up after it are the same record.

Prospect & enrich

Reps walk into every call already briefed.

  • The company, the people, the recent news and the likely objection — in the calendar invite
  • Enriches the CRM record so nobody types the same firmographics twice
  • Flags what changed on an account: new funding, new decision-maker, new competitor

Lead scoring

The ten who will buy, ranked above the hundred who will not.

  • Scored on your own closed-won history, not a vendor’s idea of a good lead
  • Every score comes with the sentence that explains it
  • Re-scored when something changes, so a stale lead does not sit at the top

Outreach & follow-up

The day-four follow-up nobody sends, gets sent.

  • Sequences per segment, in the sender’s own voice rather than a template
  • Stops the instant someone replies — no chasing a prospect who already answered
  • Consent and DND rules are checked before anything leaves
  • Sends on approval by default; you decide which sequences ever go on their own

Proposal, quotation & RFP

A proposal built from the deal record, not last quarter’s copy.

  • Scope, pricing and terms pulled from the deal rather than retyped
  • RFP and tender responses drafted from your own past answers
  • Every version tracked, with an approval trail
  • Anything touching price or contract stops at a human. Always.

Deal rescue & debrief

Quiet accounts surface before the quarter closes.

  • Flags deals that have gone silent, with what changed and what to try
  • Writes up the call — commitments, objections, next steps, risks
  • Updates the CRM, so reps stop typing notes instead of selling

Content & AI search visibility

You get found by the models buyers now ask first.

  • A content engine working from your own positioning and proof
  • SEO and ranking work, plus the structure that gets a page cited by an AI answer
  • Competitor watch, and an executive digest of what moved this week

What the market actually shows

The tool is the easy part

  • 75%

of B2B sales organisations will run some form of AI-driven sales development by the end of 2026.

Laxis, State of AI Sales Agents 2026
  • 80–90%

of what makes an AI sales agent work is data plumbing, routing and guardrails. Prompts are the other 10–20%.

Sushidata, The State of the AI SDR in 2026
  • 21%

of organisations have the governance structures agentic AI actually requires. The rest are running agents without one.

    IBM State of Salesforce, 2026

Published industry research, read September 2026. These are figures about the market, not Splashgain results — our own numbers are the ones on the navy bands.

And the honest part. Fully autonomous AI SDRs have not replaced human sales teams at any meaningful scale. Neither will these. They remove the work around selling so your reps can do the selling.

How it works

A lead, in five steps

  1. 1AI agent

    Lead arrives

Enriched, scored and written into the CRM before anyone has opened it.

  2. 2AI agent

    Rep is briefed

The company, the people, the recent news and the likely objection, in the invite.

  3. 3Your team

    The call happens

A person sells. This is the part we are freeing up, not the part we replace.

  4. 4AI agent

    Follow-up drafted

The debrief, the next step and the document, ready within minutes of hanging up.

  5. 5Your team

    Rep sends

Nothing reaches a customer without a name behind it.

Step five is not optional. You can move the approval line — most teams release routine follow-ups after a month of watching it. Quotations, pricing and contracts always stop at a person.

Questions

What sales leaders ask us first

Is this an AI SDR?

Not in the way the category means it. An AI SDR is a product you buy that sends outreach at scale. This is a set of agents built around your CRM, your closed-won history and your approval rules. The published research is blunt that fully autonomous AI SDRs have not replaced human sales teams at any meaningful scale, and that 80–90% of what makes one work is data plumbing, routing and guardrails rather than prompting. That layer underneath is the work, and it is what we build.

Will it email our prospects without us seeing it first?

Not unless you decide it should. The default is that everything is drafted and a person sends. You can move that line per sequence — most teams release routine follow-ups after a month of watching it — but anything touching price, scope or a contract stays with a human whatever else you change.

Does it work with the CRM we already have?

Yes — HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or the in-house system you already run. We fit around what you have; you do not migrate to use this.

What about consent, DND and cold outreach rules?

Outreach is checked against your consent records before it sends, and the agent will not contact someone you have no basis to contact. Phone is stricter still: India’s TRAI rules apply in full, and we set out exactly what they are on the lead qualification page.

What if our CRM data is a mess?

Then that is the first project, and we will say so. A strong agent on weak data sends confident, irrelevant outreach at machine scale — which is worse than sending nothing. The Readiness Sprint exists partly to find this out before you have paid for a build.

How long before one is live?

Six weeks from the first workshop to one agent in production. We start with the single process with the clearest payback — usually prospect research or proposal assembly — rather than fourteen at once.

Show us one quarter of your pipeline.

We will tell you where the hours are going and which agent buys them back — free, before you commit to anything.
