AI Agents That Run Your Business
The deck we present to boards and CXOs: the eleven AI employees, the eight department packs, and the six-week path from first conversation to production.

In this deck, you will discover
- Why most AI initiatives die between the demo and the deployment — and the five things we do differently
- The eleven AI employees you can hire this quarter, with the job each one does
- Eight department packs, from Revenue and Growth to Retention Guardian and Company Brain
- The six-week path from first conversation to one agent live in production
- Three commercial models, and why we price against a metric rather than a timesheet
Written for cXOs, IT leaders and department heads evaluating AI agents

AI Agents for Business
What is inside
This is the presentation we walk leadership teams through when they ask what deploying AI agents actually involves. It is not an explainer on what an AI agent is — it is the operating detail: which roles an agent can hold, where it hands the work back to a person, how it reaches production, and what the engagement looks like commercially.
What this deck covers
- The pilot-to-production gap: five reasons AI initiatives stall after the proof-of-concept, and what replaces each one
- The eleven AI employees — customer support, sales and marketing, inbound calls, code review, digital marketing, email, market research, MIS reports, HR, finance and IT operations — with the job and the shift for each
- The eight department packs and the agents inside them, from the Revenue Pack to the Retention Guardian that enforces DPDP retention as infrastructure
- Guardrails: draft-and-approve by default, reversible or logged autonomous actions, and an audit trail built for regulators rather than demos
- Deployment and control: self-hosted by default, CERT-IN certified, and no lock-in — agents run as standard containers you keep
- The five-stage engagement, from Discover to Operate, with one agent live in six weeks
- Three commercial models: the Readiness Sprint, Pack Deployment and Agent Partner
Who it is for
CXOs, IT leaders and department heads who have been asked to form a view on AI agents and need something they can circulate. It assumes no technical background, and it is deliberately specific about limits: every agent in it has a stated point where it stops and hands a person the phone.
The deck ends where a decision can be made — a free readiness scorecard, or a scoping session against one metric you already report on.

FAQ
Before you download
Is this a sales deck or a working document?
It is the deck we actually present. It carries the engagement model, the guardrails and the commercial structure, so you can circulate it to the people who have to approve the spend rather than re-explaining it yourself.
Does it name prices?
No. The Readiness Sprint is a fixed fee and everything else is priced on application, because a pack deployment is scoped against your systems. The deck sets out what is included in each of the three engagement models so you can budget the shape of it.
Do I need to be technical to read it?
No. It is thirteen slides written for a leadership audience — the problem, the roles, the packs, the proof, the process and the commercials. Your IT team will find the deployment and audit sections useful, but nothing in it assumes them.
What happens after I download it?
You get the PDF immediately. If you want a conversation, the deck ends with the two lowest-commitment ways in: the free Readiness Scorecard, or a 30-minute session to scope one agent against one metric.

Would you rather see it running than read about it?
We will walk you through proctoring, evaluation and verification on your own exam setup.
