The everyday problem

The renewal call is where you learn they left months ago.

  • Usage dropped in March, and nobody was looking

  • Three unresolved tickets sat behind the renewal

  • The person who bought it changed jobs

  • The renewal date turned up in an old invoice

By the time the risk is visible, the decision is already made.

What it does

Six agents, one role

Account health agent

Every account scored, with the evidence behind the score.

  • Combines usage, ticket history, payments and engagement
  • The weights are yours, and visible
  • Explains every change in plain words

Early warning agent

Risk flagged weeks before renewal, not on the call.

  • Usage drops, repeat complaints and overdue invoices
  • Contact departures spotted from bounced emails
  • Sent to the owner with a suggested next step

Renewal calendar

No contract renews or lapses by surprise.

  • Renewal and notice dates pulled from contracts and invoices
  • Reminders at 90, 60 and 30 days
  • A renewal summary prepared for the owner

Check-in drafting

The check-in email mentions what actually happened.

  • Drafted from the account’s recent usage and tickets
  • Approved or edited by the account manager
  • Never offers a discount or commitment on its own

Onboarding tracker

New customers reach first value on schedule.

  • Tracks the setup milestones you define
  • Chases the stuck step, on either side
  • Tells the owner when onboarding stalls

Account review brief

Quarterly reviews prepared in minutes, not an afternoon.

  • Usage, open issues and renewal status on one page
  • Expansion signals listed with their evidence
  • Ready before the meeting invite goes out

Questions we are asked

Before you commit

What data does it need?

Whatever you already have: product usage logs, the helpdesk, invoices and the CRM. It starts with the two or three sources that exist and gets sharper as more are connected.

Can it predict churn?

It flags the patterns that usually come before churn, with the evidence shown, rather than promising a prediction. Your team judges each flag, and the weights are tuned on your renewal history over time.

Will it message customers directly?

Not by default. It drafts check-ins for the account manager to approve. You can allow routine reminders, such as onboarding steps, to send without approval.

We have few customers. Is it worth it?

It pays off most when one person manages many accounts, or when renewals are annual and easy to forget. With a handful of accounts, the renewal calendar alone is usually the useful part.

Where does customer data stay?

On your infrastructure or a cloud region you choose, under your retention rules. It is never used to train a public model.
