The everyday problem
A caller at 9pm. A Sunday enquiry.
Twenty people ringing at once the morning a campaign lands
A missed call with no voicemail and no number to ring back
Every one of them chose to pick up a phone rather than fill in a form — and most will not do it twice.
Why the phone is the leak
62%
of small-business calls go unanswered. Between 20% and 35% during office hours, and close to all of them outside.
SchedulingKit, Missed Call Statistics 202685%
of callers never try a second time — and 80% of those who reach voicemail leave no message, so the lost enquiry is never counted.
SchedulingKit, Missed Call Statistics 202628.5%
of inbound business calls arrive outside working hours, from an analysis of roughly 1.5 million calls.

This is the whole argument. Nothing about the agent is clever. It is simply there, on the first ring, however many people are calling and whatever time it is. Everything else on this page is about doing that legally and without embarrassing you.
Listen to real call samples of AI agents answering inbound calls on the first ring, qualifying leads in Indian languages, and booking CRM meetings automatically.
Inbound caller enquires about weekend MBA batch, fees, and eligibility. The voice AI qualifies work experience and books a counselling call.
“Hello! Thank you for calling Splashgain Admissions. I am your AI Voice Assistant. Are you inquiring about our Executive MBA program today?”
“Haan, main Executive MBA ke bare mein pooch raha tha. Weekend classes hain kya and fee structure kya hai?”
“Yes, we offer flexible weekend classes for working professionals. The total program fee is ₹2.5 Lakhs with flexible EMI options. Do you have at least 2 years of work experience?”
“Yes, I have 3.5 years of experience as a Tech Lead in IT.”
“Great! You meet our eligibility criteria. Would you like me to book a 10-minute 1-on-1 session with our admissions counsellor tomorrow at 4 PM?”
“Sure, 4 PM works fine for me.”
“Perfect! I have scheduled your call for tomorrow at 4 PM and sent the prospectus link to your WhatsApp. Have a great day!”
The agents
One agent behind the whole line, so a caller who rang yesterday is not a stranger today. Everything it learns lands in your CRM as fields a rep can filter on, not a recording nobody plays.
Nobody hears a ring tone twice, or hold music at all.
It asks exactly what your team asks, every time.
Booked in the right calendar, with the right rep.
It hands over the moment the lead is ready.
Every call written up, with what was promised.
The missed call and the web form get returned.
In the language they ring in
India’s voice AI market is growing at roughly 36% a year, and most of that growth is in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities where callers would rather not conduct business in English. An agent that follows someone switching mid-sentence between Hindi and English keeps the conversation. One that insists on English loses it in the first thirty seconds. We tune the agent on your own recorded calls, so it uses your vocabulary and your product names rather than a generic script.
Calling in India
Voice is a regulated activity here before it is a product decision — but the rules differ depending on who dialled. These are enforced in the software, not in a policy document somebody is meant to remember.
The telemarketing regime governs calls you place. An inbound-only deployment never touches any of it — no DLT registration, and nothing on your critical path.
If your leads have not consented, do not switch on the callback. A voice agent multiplies whatever your consent practice already is. We will tell you during the sprint if the list you want to call is not a list you may call — and that conversation is free. Answering your own phone, of course, needs nobody’s permission but the caller’s.
How it works
Answered on the first ring, at any hour, however many are ringing at once.
Says it is an AI, asks about recording, and takes no for an answer.
It answers their questions and asks yours, in whichever language they opened in.
A warm transfer to whoever is free, or a meeting in the right calendar.
CRM fields rather than a transcript: summary, score, objection, next step.
Step four is yours. The agent qualifies and books. A person closes — and takes over the moment the caller asks for one.

Questions
Yes, and by design — the agent says so at the start of the call. TRAI is moving towards making that disclosure mandatory for commercial calls, the DPDP Act requires informed consent before a recording, and in practice a caller who is told reacts far better than one who works it out halfway through.
It transfers, immediately, to whoever is free — with the conversation already on the rep’s screen so the caller does not start again. If nobody is available it books a slot rather than leaving a ready buyer on hold. Asking for a person is never a fight, and never a menu.
English, Hindi and Marathi as standard, with other Indian languages on request, and code-switching between them mid-conversation rather than forcing a choice at the start. We tune it on your own recorded calls so it uses your vocabulary, not a generic script.
All twenty are answered. Concurrency is the part of this that has no human equivalent — a campaign, a results day or a bad news cycle produces a spike that no rota can be staffed for, and the twenty-first caller normally gets a busy tone or a queue. Here the load simply does not show.
It can return a missed call or a web form, to people who asked to hear from you. It will not work a purchased list: promotional calling in India needs documented consent and DND scrubbing against the National Customer Preference Register, and the penalties reach ₹1 crore a month. If you only want inbound, outbound stays switched off and the registration it needs never applies to you.
Your cloud or ours, under your retention policy — the same policy-driven deletion rules that govern the rest of your data. Nothing trains a public model, and every action the agent takes is logged.
Six weeks from the first workshop to production, and an inbound-only agent is usually the faster half of that — there is no DLT registration on the critical path, because that regime governs the calls you place, not the ones you receive. If you want outbound as well, start the filing in week one.
