Identity resolution
A name and an email become a company and a role.
- Matches the email domain, company website and public profiles
- Personal email addresses get a second lookup, not a guess
- Shows how confident each match is
Turn a name and an email into a company, a role and a reason to call. Your CRM fills with sourced data; your reps decide who to contact.
The everyday problem
A form fill with a name and a Gmail address
Twenty minutes of searching before the first call
The same company entered three times, three ways
The best lead waits behind the ones nobody checked
Reps research instead of selling, and the best leads go cold first.
What it does
A name and an email become a company and a role.
CRM fields filled once, with the source beside each.
Knows why this company might buy now.
A scored lead, with one sentence explaining the score.
The first email mentions something real about the company.
The CRM stops growing duplicates.

Questions we are asked
Public sources such as company websites, registries and news, plus what already sits in your CRM and inbox. Every value is stored with the link it came from, so a rep can check it before relying on it.
A personal address gets a second lookup using the name, phone number and anything the person wrote in the form. If the match is not confident, the record says so rather than guessing a company.
Not unless you allow it. By default it writes only to empty fields, and a field you mark as protected is never changed.
It connects to the CRM you already run through its API. Where a CRM has no usable interface, it works from exports — slower to set up, but not a blocker.
Compliance stays with your organisation, and the agent is set up to support it: public and customer-held sources only, consent and unsubscribe checked before outreach, and retention rules you set. Review the setup with your data protection lead before go-live.
Not by default. It drafts, and the rep approves, edits or discards. You can later allow specific sequences to send alone, agreed in writing.
